1. Introduction
Welcome to the Herodotou Tennis Academy website (https://www.tennisacademy.com.cy/). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Herodotou Tennis Academy, located at 37 Agias Marinas, 7000 Meneou, Larnaca, Cyprus (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or becoming a member, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services & Memberships
We offer various services including tennis coaching, court rentals, and membership packages (Junior, Full, Limited and Family).
Membership Validity: Memberships are available for periods of 6 or 12 months.
Registration: To become a member, you must complete the designated Membership Form and submit it to our club administration.
Fees: All fees are payable in Euros (€). We reserve the right to update membership fees annually.
3. Court Booking & Usage Policy
To ensure fair access for all members, the following booking rules apply:
Booking Window: Courts may be booked up to 5 days in advance.
Usage Limits:
Full & Family Members: Entitled to book up to 4 sessions per week plus any available court on the current day.
Limited Members: Booking is restricted to specific off-peak hours:
Weekdays: 07:00-15:00 and 21:00-23:00
Saturday: 15:00-23:00
Sunday: 07:00-23:00
Duration: Standard reservations are for 1 hour.
Cancellation: Please cancel any unwanted bookings at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated failure to cancel may result in suspension of booking privileges.
4. Code of Conduct
Appropriate tennis attire and footwear must be worn at all times on the courts.
Players are expected to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and respect towards staff and other players.
The Academy reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone acting in a dangerous, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
5. Limitation of Liability
Physical Activity: Tennis and fitness training involve physical exertion and risk of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks. Herodotou Tennis Academy is not liable for any personal injury sustained during the use of our facilities unless caused by our proven negligence.
Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left on the premises.

Keep our courts
in good condition
Clay Court
Players must use appropriate clay shoes. After each reservation players should brush the court. Please clean and do not leave any garbage in the court.
Hard Court(s)
Players must use appropriate hard-court shoes. Non-marking soles. Please clean and do not leave any garbage in the court.
