On Arrival
Check in at Reception: All visitors should come to the reception desk upon arrival. Our staff will assist you with bookings, information about facilities, and direct you where to go.
Court Bookings: Courts can be reserved in advance. Reception staff will confirm your court number and time slot.
Equipment Rental: If you need to rent racquets and borrow balls, please request these at reception.
Court Use
Start and End on Time: Please begin and finish your session promptly to respect the next booking.
Court Allocation: Only use the court assigned to you by reception.
Appropriate Footwear: Tennis shoes (non-marking soles) are required to protect the courts.
Tennis Etiquette
- Respect Other Players: Keep noise to a minimum and avoid walking onto other courts during play.
- Ball Courtesy: If your ball rolls onto another court, wait for a break in play before retrieving it. Likewise, return stray balls politely.
- Clean Play: No food or glass bottles are allowed on court. Water bottles are permitted.
- Dress Code: Proper tennis attire is encouraged.
General Courtesy
Supervision of Juniors: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Fair Use: Courts are for tennis only.
Respect the Facility: Dispose of litter in bins and treat all academy property with care.

Clay Court
Players must use appropriate clay shoes. After each reservation players should brush the court. Please clean and do not leave any garbage in the court.
Hard Court(s)
Players must use appropriate hard-court shoes. Non-marking soles. Please clean and do not leave any garbage in the court.
