6th Internal Development Tournament

Herodotou Tennis Academy is keeping up traditions and is hosting its 6th annual internal development tournament, where every player of all ages and abilities has a chance to compete. The tournament sets out to offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to all participants, and a medal awarded to all players taking part in the 3 day competition. The tournament gives the opportunity to players who don't compete on a national level to play friendly matches and have a good time, and also get a taste of competition. This year a total of 132 players are taking part, the youngest player being 5 years of age and the oldest being 60 years of age.     
    The tournament has grown over the past 6 years as a result of the increased interest in tennis on a local basis and the new facilities of the Academy. The tournament is held between the 27th-30th of December, and  everyone is welcome to come by to support their favourite player and join us in our New Year celebration at our New Year Ceremony held on the 4th January at 5pm where there will be a draw for prizes and one lucky winner who finds the New Year coin in the cake!!!
