Tennis Europe at Herodotou Tennis Academy!

Herodotou Tennis Academy paved the way for other Clubs and Academies to stage European tournaments, as an Under 16's Tennis Europe Tournament was held at the courts from the 30/04/2011 until 07/05/2011,  was held at Herodotou Tennis Academy. With full hospitality for national squads, free accommodation and free transportation at all times, it had the feel of an elite European event. 
   
The tournament was the first of its kind in Cyprus, with a total of 21 countries taking part. Eventual winners of the singles event were, our very own Petros Chrysochos and for the girls and french representative, Theo Gravouil. The doubles saw and all Cypriot final for the boys, with eventual winners were Petros Chrysochos and Costantinos Ioannides, and for the girls Theo Gravouil partnered by Andreea Ghitescu of Romania.
   
Thanks to all the players that took part, all the sponsors and last but not least all the volunteers who helped to make this tournament an unforgettable experience for all that took part!
